For over three decades, I have dedicated my life to the safety and well-being of St. Joseph County. From my early days as a patrol officer to serving as your elected Sheriff, my mission has always been simple: to serve.

Started as a Special Deputy in 1994, rising through the ranks to be elected Sheriff in 2018 and re-elected in 2022.
Spent 18 years as a D.A.R.E. officer, mentoring local youth in the PHM School Corporation.
Recipient of the MLK Drum Major Award, the 525 Foundation Prevention Playmaker Award, and the FOP Member of the Year.
Happily married to his wife, Kimberly, for 33 years. They are the proud parents of four daughters and grandparents to eleven.
